Women must be respected, whatever they wear. Even when you are presented with a naked women in front of you, you should refrain from showing any kind of disrespect.
People are visually inclined, that is why advertisement often show a beuautiful or sexy woman, or a hunk and handsome man. Being a "Hubadera" doesn't mean they want to be disrespected or taken advantage of.
